I very much appreciate clear strong effort of NATO, the United States to end the war, occupation of Ukraine’s territory, restore Ukrainian sovereignty over the occupied territories," the president of Ukraine told journalists before the second day of the NATO summit kicked off in Brussels, Censor.NET reports referring to Ukrinform.
Poroshenko also noted that the U.S. clearly articulated its non-recognition of the illegal annexation of Crimea.
As reported, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko pays an official visit to the Kingdom of Belgium on July 11-12, 2018 in order to take part in the NATO Summit at the invitation of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. The meeting of Presidents Trump and Putin is to be held in Helsinki, Finland, on July 16.
