"Today, July 10, the enemy forces deployed in Zolote-5 village, which is beyond control of the Ukrainian government, once again insidiously shelled residential neighborhoods of Zolote-4 village. The households located right in the heart of the village were damaged. Miraculously, no civilian was harmed or killed in the bombardment," the statement reads.
The civil-military cooperation units and law enforcers arrived at the scene to provide assistance to those affected.
The JFO HQ says the bombardment indicates that the militants neglect the agreements on the "grain ceasefire" and an indefinite cease-fire signed by the Trilateral Contact Group.
"Members of the JCCC (Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of ceasefire in the Donbas) and international (OSCE – Ed.) monitoring mission were notified about the incident," the JFO HQ stressed.
