Chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian President Vladimir Putin talks on the sidelines of ASEM have been postponed as Putin arrived in Milan after an official visit to Belgrade beyond the appointed time, Censor.NET reports citing Deutsche Welle.
Merkel and Putin meeting was to be held immediately after the talks of the German Government Head with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, which took place in Milan Thursday evening, Oct. 16.

AFP reported that the German Chancellor will meet with the President of the Russian Federation during breakfast Friday, Oct. 17. The morning talks concerning the situation in Ukraine will also be attended by the Prime Minister of Italy Matteo Renzi and the UK PM David Cameron, French President Francois Hollande, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and European Council President Herman Van Rompuy.
