The President has determined our position as for the Mistrals. The contract was concluded in 2011, during the presidency of Sarkozy. The contract was signed. This is the rule - to execute it if it is signed. But, obviously, it cannot be executed because on one side the ceasefire (in the east of Ukraine. - Ed.) is not observed, and the political decision is denied on the other side," Nadal said.

It should be reminded that the Russian Foreign Ministry called on France in terms of an ultimatum last Thursday to decide on the agreement regarding the supply of Russian "Vladivostok" or return the funds. Herewith, the agency spokesman added that "the Russian side is determined on the fulfillment of the contract, under which it transferred a significant amount."
