"At Donetsk section of the forefront, the invaders employed 120-mm mortars banned by the Minsk agreements, armament of infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, and small arms against defenders of Novotroitske. The militants also fired upon the ATO forces’ strong points near Lebedynske with 120- and 82-mm mortars, and large-caliber machine guns; attacked Ukrainian troops deployed on the outskirts of Verkhniotoretske, Pisky, Krasnohorivka, and Butivka mine with 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers, and large-caliber machine guns. The enemy also repeatedly used grenade launchers of various systems and small arms during attacks in the vicinity of Avdiivka, Marinka, Vodiane, and Kamianka. Defenders of Butivka mine were fired upon with armament of infantry fighting vehicles. Defenders of Nevelske, Talakivka and Opytne came under large-caliber machine guns fire. The invaders employed small arms against Ukrainian military personnel near Lomakyne, Lebedynske, Shyrokyne, Hnutove, Pyshchevyk, and Opytne. Sniper attacks were recorded not far from Novomykhailivka and Marinka.
"In Luhansk direction, the invaders fired upon the ATO forces’ defenses in the vicinity of Zaitseve village with banned 120-mm mortars, large-caliber machine guns and anti-tank rifle. The militants employed 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, machine guns, and small arms against defenders of Zolote village.
"Three Ukrainian soldiers were injured in action and another two received combat traumas over the past 24-hour period. The injured soldiers were taken to hospitals and provided with necessary medical care," the situation report reads.
Earlier, Russian terrorists carried out 76 attacks on Ukrainian military April 25.
