U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said this on Wednesday during a joint press conference with his British counterpart, Philip Hammond, Censor.NET reports, citing Voice of America.

The U.S. secretary of state said Russia's actions have challenged "the most basic principles" of the international system."Borders cannot and should not be redrawn at the barrel of the gun and people have a right in their own county, within their sovereign borders, to determine their own future," Kerry said.
The U.S. and its allies have made it clear they are ready to "do even more to ensure that the international order prevails," he said.
