 Klimkin: NATO Trust Funds Will Start Working Before End of the Year

Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin expects NATO Trust Funds to start working before the end of the year.

According to Censor.NET, this was stated by Klimkin in Brussels, where he is to meet with new NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg today, the Foreign Minister wrote on his Facebook page.

"Some funds are ready for practical cooperation, but all of them, we expect to be able to start working before the end of this year or in early next," the head of the Foreign Ministry stated.

According to him, a number of countries is now making extra contributions to them, after which the practical cooperation will begin.

"Now, we are defining the projects within each of these trust funds," he added.

Earlier, the contributions to the NATO trust funds for Ukraine were declared by Bulgaria, Canada, Norway and Lithuania.
