"The Russian military are gradually moving away from the Ukrainian-Russian border. That is good and it must be so. The important thing is not just to show this process or start it but to provide a real plan to restore control of the border from both our side and the Russian one," he said.
Earlier, he said that the pro-Russian militants in the east are trying to hide the traces of their crimes.
It was reported earlier that the terrorists began to complain that the Russian law enforcement agencies have recently started to detain "volunteers" at the border with Ukraine who aimed to join the ranks of the terrorists.
