 600 Ukrainians Remain Prisoners in Donbas - Poroshenko

There are more than 600 Ukrainians in captivity of terrorists in the Donbas.

This was announced today during a meeting with the Permanent Representatives of the OSCE member countries by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Censor.NET reports with reference to the press service of the Head of State.

During the meeting, Poroshenko drew attention to the agreement to release the hostages provided by Minsk agreements of September 5, 2014.

Today the President reported the release from captivity of three more civilians in the Donbas, among them journalist Yehor Vorobiov.

Earlier, Poroshenko reported that since the beginning of the truce in the Donbas 1,342 prisoners were released and about 500 people were still held by separatists.
