As reported by a correspondent for Censor.NET from the courtroom, the motion on pretrial restriction is considered by Judge Viacheslav Pidpalyi.
The prosecutor general previously replaced prosecutor for the case by his deputy Anzhela Stryzhevska, who revoked the request to impose a pretrial restriction on Bubenchyk citing the need to review charges against him.
She summoned the suspect to the Prosecutor General's Office to serve him with the new charge papers at 5 p.m. today.
After deliberations, the court granted the request of the prosecutor's office to revoke the motion to impose a pretrial restriction against Bubenchyk.
