 Terrorists Precluded Red Cross Representatives from Visiting Luhansk – Operational Command North

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross could not reach Luhansk due to failure of the self-proclaimed LNR authorities to provide security warranties to the international organization.

This was announced by the Operational Command North press center, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.

Yesterday, two groups of OSCE representatives were secured to work at Severodonetsk-Shchastia and Severodonetsk-Slavianoserbsk directions at the area of responsibility of the Operational Command North troops, as well as one group of the International Committee of the Red Cross at Luhansk-Severodonetsk direction.

It is also reported that illegal armed groups shelled troops of the Operational Command North four times during the day yesterday, using heavy guns, grenade machine guns, mortars, and small arms.

There were no attacks at night; however, two flights of the enemy's unmanned aerial vehicles were witnessed during that time.

By the end of the day, there were no losses among service personnel of the Operational Command North.
