"Third Party" in Donbas Is Another Kremlin’s Project - Tymchuk

It is hard to believe that some "third party" acts in the Donbas, which Moscow allegedly is not able to influence on. After all, if you believe this statement, it is unclear where the members of this "third party" take resources for hostilities.

Coordinator of the Military Council of the People's Front Dmytro Tymchuk stated this commenting on the National Security and Defense Council statements on the activities of the terrorist groups in the Donbas, which are not subordinate to both the Russian command and the "LPR" and "DPR" and which allegedly are the ones violating the ceasefire, Censor.NET reports citing the People's Front press service.

"In fact, the statement that the local militants in the Donbas may act without Russian supervision was invented in the Kremlin. There were not so many military bases of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions before the events took place, so the stories that the militants have seized a huge amount of armored vehicles, artillery and ammunition has no grounds. Thus if you believe that "some third party" in the Donbas is actively conducting strikes from Grads, tanks and mortars, it is unclear in the first place, where do these weapons come from and secondly, where do these "independent militants" get ammunition and fuel and lubricants in unlimited quantities?" Tymchuk says.

According to him, this "third party" is actively supported by Russia to continue to destabilize the situation in the Donbas.

"This is a hidden "project within the project." Moscow continues to deny any connection to the "LPR" and the "DPR", but it is not secret anymore. Hence Putin understands that in the eyes of the international community he is responsible for these terrorist organizations and therefore they can no longer ignore the Minsk agreements "officially". Then the idea appeared in the Kremlin to create supposedly "independent" terrorist groups who will continue hostilities. This "multimove warfare" is purely in the spirit of Putin," coordinator of the Military Council of the People's Front said.
