Censor.NET reports about it, referring to the official website of the city mayor Oleksandr Lukianchenko.
"As a result of shelling that took place on the afternoon of October 4, some private houses were damaged in the Kyiv district. Moreover, some gas reservoirs in the district were damaged by shrapnel. For security purposes, 209 apartments have been disconnected from gas supply. A civilian man was killed in Petrovskyi district," the mayor reported.
He also stated that the situation in Donetsk as for 9.30 AM remains tense. Life support systems of the city operate normally. Public transport works according to weekend schedule.
