 International Mission to Determine Buffer Zone Boundaries Arrived in Mariupol – City Council

The international mission, which included representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE, arrived in Mariupol for delimitation of boundaries of the buffer zone.

Mariupol City Council press service informs about this, Cenzor.NET reports.

"The mission task is the delimitation of the 30-kilometer buffer zone that will divide the opposing parties in accordance with the agreements reached in Minsk," the statement says.

As noted, the international mission to begin its work in Mariupol tomorrow, October 4.

It should be reminded that the tripartite contact group members signed a memorandum in Minsk on September 19, according to which the warring parties agree to withdraw their heavy military equipment from the conventional front line at 15 km distance each.
