 Poroshenko Dismissed Head of the State Border Guard Service Lytvyn

President Poroshenko decided to sign an order regarding head of the State Border Guard Service Mykola Lytvyn’s dismissal.

He said this during a working visit to the Lviv region, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainian Pravda.

"I'll make one more announcement in Galicia: today I have decided to sign a decree on the resignation of Lytvyn in connection with organizational changes in the structure of the State Border Guard Service," the President said.

That was the way Poroshenko answered the question of how much longer will Lytvyn work after he wrote a letter of resignation himself. Maidan activists blocked the Headquarters of the State Border Guard Service in late May and June, demanding Lytvyn's resignation.
