Security Service to Create "Death Map" of Mass Graves and Terrorist Concentration Camps

The Security Service of Ukraine has begun the process of locating concentration camps and mass graves made by illegal armed groups in the east of the country.

This was stated by advisor to the head of the Security Service Markiian Lubkivskyi, Censor.NET reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

"We have started a very long and complicated process of identifying placements of concentration camps and mass graves in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions," Lubkivskyi said at a briefing on Friday, adding that he is talking about burials of Ukrainian servicemen and civilians.

According to him, the Security Service of Ukraine actually started to make a "Death Map", which locates the crime against humanity committed by the militants. The adviser said that this is only the beginning of work and the map is yet incomplete.

The Security Service uses data from other agencies and information from different sources, including from local residents of the eastern parts of the country, as well as images from space to create the map, Lubkivskyi said.
