"I reiterate that only the National Guard, National Police, and Armed Forces have monopoly on the use of force in Ukraine. All other paramilitary entities that try to act on the city streets are not legitimate. There can be a variety of public movements but they in no case can be put above the law," the press office of the Interior Ministry quoted Avakov as saying, Censor.NET reports.
He noted that no militaristic movements can act on the streets of Ukrainian cities.
"As a minister, I will not allow creation of parallel institutions that try to act on the streets as alternative militaristic forces," the minister said.
