Tymchuk reports of the clashes between groups of the local militants using 120-mm mortars in the Luhansk region. Several insurgents' chieftains and a significant number of "ordinary" militants were killed in skirmishes between the terrorists.

"The authorities of the "Luhansk People's Republic" disseminate the order banning looting under threat of execution to the local militants. However, this does not deter the growth of criminal activities among the militants, who have focused on the robbery of remaining stores in Luhansk and other towns and villages of the region," Tymchuk writes.
