20 Ukrainian Soldiers Released from Captivity - NSDC

20 Ukrainian servicemen were released from captivity, with the location of another 100 established.

This was stated by speaker of the NSDC Andrii Lysenko, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

"As part of President Poroshenko's peace plan, 20 Ukrainian citizens were released on September 8," Lysenko said. He added that the location of holding over 100 Ukrainian servicemen captives was alsoidentified. "The work for their speedy release and return home is under way," the speaker said.

According to Lysenko, the interdepartmental center coordinated by the Security Service is in close contact with the families of the military, who after careful inspection are informed on the fate of their loved ones. "The Center works round the clock to refine the database of the missing people. Besides the hotline call center numbers 0800-501-482, 044-235-63-67, citizens can send data regarding the missing persons via e-mail to polonhelp@ssu. gov.ua," Lysenko said.
