"We have a range of tools at our disposal. There are ongoing discussions within the Administration. There was an emergency meeting of the OSCE in Vienna today, and the UN Security Council will meet this afternoon in New York. So there are several different channels, all of which the United States is engaged with, that are having discussions about what the options are," United States Department of State spokesman Jennifer Psaki said on Thursday, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
She noted that Washington "has additional tools and sanctions" that the United States will be considering at next week's NATO summit in Wales. "There will be an opportunity to discuss this issue at NATO meeting," she said.
Jennifer Psaki reiterated that Russia sends to Ukraine armored vehicles, artillery and actively supports insurgents.
"The Russia's aggression and support of the separatists in Ukraine is at an ever increasing pattern. That's what we have seen over the past days and weeks," she said.
