BTR-80 APC with the emblem of Russian troops exploded on a land mine near Novoazovsk.

Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairsof Ukraine Anton Herashchenko claimed this, Censor.NET reports citing theInteriorMinistry press service.

According to him, a bomb was planted by the Azov volunteerpolice battalion soldiers on one of the roads not far from the townof Novoazovsk.

"Therewas Russian Airborne Troops emblem on the board of the BTR-80 APC.Landmine explosion immobilized the APC but the crew was unharmedand fled," Anton Herashchenko said.

Inaddition, he noted that in the morning the Azov battalionservicemen arrived at the scene of the explosion with the necessaryequipment, loaded the Russian APC on the carriage and took toMariupol for repairs.

"ThisBTR-80 APC will be in the ranks destroying the enemies of Ukrainein a week," the head of the Interior Ministry advisersaid.
