"We are talking about the specific amendments that we have to apply to the enclosure text and I do not exclude that the amendments will be introduced to the text of the frame agreement," he said, noting that he expects to come up with these suggestions at the ministerial meeting scheduled in Brussels on September 12.
Russian presidential aide Andrei Belousov in his turn also do not exclude that the expert advice may lead to adjustments of the text of the framework agreement on association between Ukraine and the EU and its annexes.
"We will try to quickly review those articles of the EU and Ukraine Association Agreement that raise our concern carrying risks for Russia and will try to obtain consensus on these clauses including the possibility of amending the text of the agreement or its annexes," he said to reporters.
EU Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht confirmed to reporters in Minsk that a trilateral meeting of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the EU on the implementation of the Association Agreement and free trade between Brussels and Kyiv will be held September 12 in the Belgian capital.
"I believe that we can find a solution to the so-called trade complications arising as a result of the implementation of the Association Agreement and the deep and comprehensive free trade area of Ukraine and the EU. The process will continue at the expert level and we'll meet again at the political level in Brussels on September 12," he said on Tuesday.
The meeting is expected to take place in Brussels at the ministerial level, where the Russian Federation will be represented by Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukaev, Ukraine - by Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and the EU - by EU Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht.
Tripartite consultations on the implementation of the Association Agreement were launched in May 2014.
