According to the Belarusian "Radio Liberty", the President added that this is only a draft document for the establishment of peace in eastern Ukraine but it may be signed by the Presidents of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia and representatives of the EU, Censor.NET reports.
Lukashenko did not give details on the conditions for peace in the draft.
Also, during a meeting in Minsk, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev urged "to stop the war in Ukraine and sanctions."
In turn, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko called on the parties to support his plan for the settlement of the conflict in the Donbas.
The media reported that a bilateral meeting between Putin and Poroshenko will probably take place in Minsk. However, the Embassy of Ukraine has not confirmed it. The Kremlin does not rule out the possibility of Putin's direct meeting with Poroshenko.
