Poroshenko and Putin May Meet Tet-a-Tete in Minsk, Kremlin Says

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko may hold a separate meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Minsk.

This was stated by press secretary of theRussian President Dmitry Peskov, Censor.NET reports with reference toBBC.

"We donot exclude that such a meeting could take place," Peskov toldreporters.

According to him, the meeting will,most likely, focus on the Ukrainian crisis, the flow of refugees,issues related to humanitarian assistance.

Theleaders may also discuss "bilateral relations between Russia andUkraine ... in light of the Kyiv signing the Association Agreementwith the EU," Peskov said.

OnAugust 26 Minsk will host a meeting of the heads of the CustomsUnion, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and representatives ofthe European Commission, which will be attended by VladimirPutin.
