 Russia Says All “Humanitarian Aid” Trucks Crossed the Border and Are Entering Luhansk

Russian customs unilaterally stated the end of customs clearance of the cargo and sent it to Ukraine. It also reports that first trucks with Russian “humanitarian aid” have already reached Luhansk.

Russian customs officials have announced the completion of all customs procedures in clearing of the humanitarian aid. According to the report, all 280 trucks have already headed into the Ukraine. This was stated by representative of the Southern Customs Department Rayan Farukshyn, Censor.NET reports citing zn.ua.

"All customs operations connected with the registration of the cargo of humanitarian aid have been completed. All 280 vehicles of the convoy moved toward Ukraine," Farukshyn said.

The first trucks of the Russian convoy have reached Luhansk. This is reported by Moscow Interfax citing Head of the terrorist information center South-Eastern Front Konstantin Knyrik.
