The so-called humanitarian convoy from Russia will not influence the balance of powers in the Donbas. This opinion was expressed by Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Herashchenko during the round table, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinfrom.
"In my opinion, this convoy doesn't alter the balance of powers in the ATO area for it is unlikely may help the insurgents from the military point of view. I do think that there is no military goods, there is something that is not pity to spare," Herashchenko said adding that the convoy is only a Russian leaders' grandstand play.
"The separatists constantly get weapons and military equipment that they need as well as tons of medicines and everything else without any convoy," Herashchenko said.
