The National Security Council explained where are the Ukrainian soldiers liberating Luhansk and why they are not visible on the streets.

Speaker of the NSDC Andrii Lysenko explained why the Ukrainian military is unnoticed on the streets of Luhansk, where there is a "very big battle" Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

"In fact, there is a very big battle there. It is clear that you will not see Ukrainian tank columns on the streets... you will not see the offensive ... the military pinpoints the main targets," he said.

According to Lysenko, the Ukrainian troops work in small mobile groups that neutralize firing strongholds of the terrorists.
