French President Francois Hollande on Friday, August 15 urged Russia to respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine and immediately withdraw troops from the border, Censor.NET reports citing TSN.
This, in his opinion, will help to reduce tension in the region.

"While I am talking to you, there is a lot of tension on the eastern border of Ukraine. I urge, first of all Russia, to respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Moreover, the leaders of both countries should make the necessary efforts to stop the escalation," Hollande said during a speech in Marseille on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the opening of the Second Front in the WWII.

Yesterday Russian armored vehicles already entered the territory of Ukraine. This was confirmed by the official Kiev and NATO. Moscow denies the fact of the invasion of Ukraine.
