Red Cross Has Not Appealed to the Ukrainian Customs about the Russia's "Humanitarian Aid": Goods Cannot be Processed

The statement of the ATO press center about Russian "humanitarian" convoy made at 11:40 am is not exact in the part where it says about the Ukrainian customs.

Deputy Head of the State Fiscal Service Anatolii Makarenko said in comment for Censor.NET:

"On behalf of the Ukrainian authorities, the customs officers arrived at the Ukrainian border crossing point Izvaryne-Donetsk. They have been at the Russian checkpoint Donetsk since 10.00 am today and are ready to initiate processing of the load. The customs authorities of Ukraine have not been reported to receive any appeals from the Red Cross international organization as of 11.40 am, which is to become the recipient of the goods and should make a request to recognize that load as the humanitarian aid. The Red Cross also has not addressed to the Ministry of Social Policy. The Ukrainian customs office is not allowed to start to document the goods without such a decision."
