Red Cross Has Not Appealed to the Ukrainian Customs about the Russia's "Humanitarian Aid": Goods Cannot be Processed

The statement of the ATO press center about Russian "humanitarian" convoy made at 11:40 am is not exact in the part where it says about the Ukrainian customs.

Deputy Head of the State Fiscal ServiceAnatolii Makarenko said in comment for Censor.NET:

"Onbehalf of the Ukrainian authorities, the customs officers arrivedat the Ukrainian border crossing point Izvaryne-Donetsk. They havebeen at the Russian checkpoint Donetsk since 10.00 am today and areready to initiate processing of the load. The customs authoritiesof Ukraine have not been reported to receive any appeals from theRed Cross international organization as of 11.40 am, which is tobecome the recipient of the goods and should make a request torecognize that load as the humanitarian aid. The Red Cross also hasnot addressed to the Ministry of Social Policy. The Ukrainiancustoms office is not allowed to start to document the goodswithout such a decision."
