 Red Cross Will Not Deal with Russia's "Humanitarian Aid" If It Is Delivered to Terrorist Controlled Territory

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society in Ukraine will not be engaged in humanitarian aid from Russia, if it is delivered to the territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, which is controlled by the terrorists.

This was announced at a press conference of Secretary General of the National Committee of the Red Cross Society in Ukraine Alla Khabarova, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.

According to her, if the humanitarian aid includes medicines that are not registered in Ukraine, they cannot be used, and humanitarian aid will go to recycling. In turn, the Red Cross Coordinator of Public Relations Andre Loersch noted that the Red Cross work format suggests that humanitarian assistance is to be passed through the border crossing point controlled by Ukraine. "This is the format that has been discussed and no other," he said. Loersch also noted that he does not know the route of the humanitarian convoy from Russia.
