The Kharkiv Regional State Administration said this to Ukrinform, Censor.NETreports.
"The "humanitarian" aid "from Russia will be delivered to Ukrainebypassing checkpoints in the Kharkiv region. Now we do not knowwhat is the route of "humanitarian" convoy," the press-servicestated.

According to an unofficial data, the "humanitarian" aid will bedirected through the Rostov region.
According to Interfax-Ukraine,a camp set up by the Ukrainian Emergency Situations Service closeto the border checkpoint in Pletenivka, Kharkiv region, for theRussian humanitarian convoy, is being removed.
Trucks and other vehicles, as well as buses carrying personnelare leaving the camp, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent said.
