 Norway Introduces Sanctions Against Russia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway announced its decision to join the European Union sanctions against the Russian economy.

"Norway will apply the same restrictive measures that the EU had and on July 31," Head of the Foreign Ministry of Norway Børge Brende stated, Censor.NET reportss with reference to Liga.

The sanctions list will include companies and persons whose assets will be frozen as well as a ban on entry into the territory of Norway. There will also be a ban on the import of goods from Crimea and Sevastopol, and the import of Russian weapons.

There will also be a ban on the export of products used in deep-water oil exploration and extraction in the search for oil in the Arctic.
