Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has announced that his government has proposed imposing sanctions on 172 citizens of Russia and other countries as well as 65 businesses.

Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has announced this at abriefing today, Censor.NET reports, citing LigaBusinessInform.

"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will submit for considerationof the National Security and Defense Council a list 172 individuals- citizens of the Russian Federation and citizens of other stateswho sponsor terrorism, supported the annexation of Crimea andthreaten the territorial integrity and independence of theUkrainian state. Also there is a list of 65 enterprises forimposing sanctions - they are mostly owned by Russians, support andfinance terrorism, and they are directly related to the commissionof crimes on the territory of Ukraine," said the primeminister.
