On August 6 in Donetsk unidentified men in uniform with DPR identification marks kidnapped artist Serhii Zakharov of the Murzylky art group. This is stated by the group's press secretary Serhii Mazurkevych, Censor.NET reports citing lb.ua.
According to the artist's brother Andrii, the kidnapping occurred in the evening of Wednesday, August 6. He learned the details of the incident from a neighbor: "She heard the dogs barking and looked outside. Four armed men with DPR identification marks took Serhii out of the house. They also carried his laptop and some box - possibly with work blanks for future promotions. The neighbor asked where and why are they taking him away to which the militants said that they were a rapid response team and they do not know any details. They were told to pick him up so they are picking him up."

Murzylky srt group is a group of artists working in Donetsk. Street artists, members of the art group, are protesting against the so-called Donetsk People's Republic with the help of their works placed on the walls of buildings and fences.
The first work of Murzylky in Donetsk appeared a few weeks ago. In these works, the artists made fun of DPR leaders and their supporters portraying them in a satirical manner. Until now, the artists managed to place their work secretly - some of them stayed in view of the public for several days.
