"Today, Ukraine has a million men who may be mobilized. However, even hundred thousand who will be drafted to the Army are not needed now. Military recruiting stations are now studying the resource that they have. They receive requests from law enforcement agencies: how many and what specialists they need," Lysenko said.

He also stressed that the false information about lack of personnel is an element of information war. "We have no problems with the staff. Fake stories that people are caought on the streets and by force send to the National Guard or in the ATO area - this is a part of information warfare waged by our enemies," he explained.
