 Putin to Obama: US Sanctions Against Russia Harm International Stability

Continued sanctions pressure from Washington on Moscow harms US-Russia relations and international stability.

According to the press service of the Kremlin, this was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a telephone conversation with US President Barack Obama, Censor.NET reports.

"A number of aspects of the relations between Russia and the United States was discussed. Mr. Putin described the Washington's course to build up sanctions pressure as counterproductive, causing serious damage to bilateral cooperation and international stability as a whole," the statement says.
