Yesterday, July 30,three people were killed including a fifteen-year-old boy.
"The residents are dyingin the streets, in their yards and homes. Every day now bringsabout only death and destruction. These terrible events resonancein the souls of Luhansk people. The city and its residents mournthe dead and will continue to mourn until bloodshed in Luhanskstops," Luhansk Mayor Serhii Kravchenko said.
He expressed hiscondolences to the bereaved families and relatives.
