Censor.NET Readers Helped Raise Over 200,000 Hryvnias for First Aid Kits for Soldiers of the Ukrainian Army

In two and a half weeks Censor.Net readers helped raise more than 200 000 hryvnia on the staffing of 150 first-aid kits, and other hemostatic agents for the soldiers of the Ukrainian army. Volunteers continue to provide soldiers with modern first-aid kit, and send them shipments of bandages and tourniquets to the front.

According to Censor.NET, the basis of the set of individual first aid kits is that of the US Army soldier:

1 Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT)

2 Celox or QuickClot

3 Israeli Wound Dressing (aka Israeli bandage)

4 Halo Chest Seal

5 Pneumothorax Needle

6 Nasopharyngeal Tube

7 Scissors

In addition to the kits the soldiers are provided with training in tactical medicine, learning how to properly use the kit components, as well as what is currently at hand and can help save lives.

The action is part of the ongoing Patriot Defense project to supply the troops with kits and training.
