The date of July 31 was declared the OSCE day in the ATO area. This is done to ensure trouble-free operation of international experts on the passenger aircraft Boeing 777 crash site. The troops involved in the active phase of the ATO are not conducting any offensives on July 31 but only protecting their own positions against assaults.
"But the militants hired by the Russian terrorists do not respect any international agreements and requirements. In particular, the insurgents shelled Peremozhne village in the Lutuhine district using two BM-21 Grad units at 09.00 am today. They have once again demonstrated their gangster attitude to Ukraine and to the entire world community by this action," the statement says.
