 Yesterday Two Civilians Killed in Luhansk. Residents Are Asked to Stay Home

On July 24 the situation in Luhansk remained tense. Residents are asked to stay at home as much as possible.

The crisis center received 1265 complaints of the residents, the press service of the Luhansk city council told Censor.NET "During the last 24 hours, there were 160 EMS visits. As a result of armed clashes and firearms wounds two civilians were killed, 7 were wounded," the report says.

At the same time, the City Council asks residents of Luhanks to refrain from moving around the city because of the worsening situation. "Situation in Luhansk is becoming increasingly tense. Therefore, we encourage people to refrain from moving around the city. Stay home if it is possible," the City Council urges.
