"We observe that many of the details look different than before. We also took notice of how workers cut fragments of the fuselage using gas equipment," special representative of the OSCE mission in Ukraine Michael Bochurkiv said to BBC, Censor.NET informs, citing Interfax-Ukraine.
He also said that the crash site was not fenced. "We did not see any security guarding the crash site perimeter," he added.
Censor.NET earlier reported that a member of the National Security Council of Malaysia Mohd Saqr said there is no trace of external interference on the black boxes of the Malaysian Boeing crashed in Ukraine.
