Chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Serhii Taruta states this, Censor.NET informs citing the Donetsk Regional State Administration press service.
It is reported that the insurgents hinder the work of Ukrainian experts on the scene and declare their intention to move the black boxes and the bodies of victims to Russia.
"In this regard, I appeal to the participants of the Geneva process (Russia, the U.S. and the EU), the United Nations, the OSCE, all international organizations with the initiative to force the DPR to create a corridor for delivery of all necessary equipment and personnel to the site of the crash. It is also necessary to create a 30-kilometer security perimeter around the site of the tragedy and cease fire as soon as possible. The crash site should become available and free of weapons," Taruta said.
He also added that "without these measures no one could claim that the investigation is transparent and impartial and the behavior of the DPR should be considered as an attempt to impede the course of justice and suppression of evidence."
