"The investigation will be completed until dusk. The irrefutable evidence will be presented together with maps. There are conclusive evidences that will be reported to the President and then published," the head of the Security Service said.
Earlier, NSDC information centre speaker Andrii Lysenko said that two crew members of the shot down An-26 were taken in captivity. There were 8 people on board of the plane: 7 members of the crew and an attendant. The operation of their search and rescue continues.
Ukrainian law enforcers consider two versions regarding the type of weapon that was used to hit the military transport plane An-26 of the antiterrorist operation forces in the Luhansk region: the shot was committed from the anti-aircraft missile and gun complex Pantsyr or it was the self aiming air-to-air missile X-24 launched by Russian aircraft.
It should be recalled that the military transport aircraft of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was shot down yesterday, July 14 at 12:30 pm over Krasnodonsk district of the Luhansk region.
