Ukrainian servicemen captured Russia-made arms from insurgents of the so-called “LPR”. PHOTOS

In a combat for Metalist township near Luhansk, Eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian servicemen of the 30th mechanised infantry brigade (permanently stationed in Novohrad-Volynskyi town) have succeeded in capturing an arsenal of Russia-made weapons belonging to insurgents of the so-called “LPR”.

As reported by Censor.NET, Ukrainian freelance journalist Roman Bochkala wrote on his Facebook page.

"They [the terrorists] ran so fast so that they left behind five anti-tank guns SPG-9 Kopye (Spear), let alone the small arms. According to their markings, these recoilless tripod-mounted anti-tank guns are of Russian origin. Besides, Russian manufacturing markings were also found on three armed and ready to be fired RPG-18 Mukha ("Fly") - a Russian short-range, disposable lightweight anti-tank rocket, also left behind. The Russian TV [notorious for its distortion of facts] will most probably say that I made it all up again …" the journalist said.
