"Today, the Security Service of Ukraine ... has started criminal proceedings against the head of the Border Service of the Russian Federation. He also holds the office of the deputy director of the Federal Security Service of Russia," Nalyvaichenko reported at the SSU press center on Friday.
"We took the matter, including evidence and testimony of the arrested agents, in particular, FSB agents, to court. We incriminate them funding and support for terrorism on our territory, illegal transportation of weapons for use against civilians by terrorist organizations in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions," Nalyvaichenko stated.
He also said that Ukraine will appeal to international partners so that they assist with the interrogation of the suspect.
