"Today, the Security Service of Ukraine ... has started criminalproceedings against the head of the Border Service of the RussianFederation. He also holds the office of the deputy director of theFederal Security Service of Russia," Nalyvaichenko reported at theSSU press center on Friday.
"We took the matter, including evidence and testimony of thearrested agents, in particular, FSB agents, to court. We incriminate them funding and support for terrorism on ourterritory, illegaltransportation of weapons for useagainst civilians byterrorist organizations in the Luhanskand Donetsk regions,"Nalyvaichenko stated.
He also said thatUkraine will appeal to international partners sothat they assist with the interrogation of thesuspect.
