Head of the National Guard information security department Yurii Stets stated this.
"Todaywe have detected movement of four Russian KamAZ military trucks full of militants. Also we have detected 20 tanks and 120 armored vehicles in the Luhansk region, which also came to us from Russia," said Stets in the air of Channel 5, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, registration numbers of Russian military bases can be clearly seen on the tanks.
Stets also said they found a Russian bank credit card, which may be used only within the Russian Federation, and also a log-book, so-called technical passport of the Russian combat armored vehicle.
"The Russian coat of arms and Russian military base travel order is clearly seen in it. The data provided in it confirms that we cannot talk only about the separatists or gang-groups. These are Russian troops," Stets said.
Russia denies any involvement in the events in eastern Ukraine.
