 Talks between Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and France to Address the Crisis in the Donbas are Talking Place in Berlin

Negotiations of Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and France are under way in Berlin on Wednesday.

Before the meeting, the ministers had a protocol photo shoot, Censor.NET reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

Earlier the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that during this meeting Sergei Lavrov and his colleagues "will make another attempt to stop the bloodshed in Ukraine."

The meeting was agreed on June 30 in a telephone conversation of President Vladimir Putin, Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

In particular, the leaders agreed to instruct the foreign ministers to promptly contact for practical study of the issues raised during the telephone conversation, including quick organization of the third round of consultations between representatives of Kyiv and south-eastern regions of Ukraine.
