Censor.NET reports about this, citing the press service of the SSU.
According to the report, the criminal group involved seven Kharkiv residents from 25 to 50 years old. Their activities were coordinated by the self-proclaimed "Luhansk People's Republic" (LPR).
"Candidates for terrorist groups were selected from among persons who have the skills for handling weapons and experience of participating in military actions. For killing Ukrainian soldiers, the recruiters promised monetary rewards," the statement said.
SSU detained all members of the criminal group together with its leader and recruited mercenaries during their attempts to go to Lugansk to participate in illegal armed groups.
