Paul Zyabkin (10. 01. 1967, Voronezh). After military service in the Air Force near Moscow (1985-87 years), he graduated from the Law School of the Voronezh State University. He worked as an investigator at the prosecutor's office from 1992 to 1994, then was on contract service in Chechnya (1995-1996 as flamethrower, 2000-2001 as clerk). After his discharge, he served in Voronezh border guard of Western Group of Border Troops (ZGPV) until May 1998. Since 2002, he appeared in printed media, since 2006, he was a member of the Union of Journalists of Russia and published several books of memoirs about the war.
Killed by ATO forces on 25 June.
