 Russia’s Channel One Cameraman Shot Dead in Donetsk

Russian Channel One has confirmed the death of its cameraman Anatoliy Klyan in Donetsk.

Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

"Last night our colleague Anatoliy Klyan died. He was fatally wounded in the abdomen. He was 68 years old," the Channel stated in a news program.

In addition, the information about the death of Klyan was confirmed by LifeNews TV crew working in the ATO area. Their car also came under fire last night, however, they do not specify who shot at them. The journalists say that at the time of fire they were in the car waiting for the arrival of the bus with other journalists and soldiers' mothers. At this moment someone opened fire from an AK.

"We managed to crawl out of the car and take cover under it. We were shot at for a long time without a pause. They shot a flare to make it light and fired again. Luckily we managed to crawl to the curb. Around at the same time they opened fire on bus with other journalists.
